Yannick Mukiza - Head Chef
The all-star chef at Florence; Yannick has attended culinary school in Ghent and loves to create new healthy recipes for the Florence kitchen. Yannick is truly committed to encouraging more female-led agriculture initiatives in Rwanda and is the creator of the recipe for an ethical chili project called “Dat Sauce”, where proceeds go towards agricultural job creation in his home country, Rwanda.

With an MA in political science and international relations, Kelsey is constantly on a mission to understand the coffee value chain and retell the story over a cup of coffee at Florence. Traveling to east African countries Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi, she is dedicated to improving living standards for farmers in the region and bringing back the best beans possible for Luxembourg to experience.
